Tracer Prices, Terms, Conditions, and Guarantee

Guarantee:

• We will get Tracer to work on your system or you will get a full refund.
• We will continue to update Tracer for as long as we offer the product and new threats to Unix-based systems appear.
• We will respond to your needs in a friendly, helpful, and timely fashion.
• We will always give you top value for your money.

Prices:

• $5,000 per *operating-environment.
• plus $100 per computer.

Price includes:

• Limited use source license to Tracer.
• Over-the-Internet installation and tuning for one system of each *operating-environment.
• One-month free support, upgrades, and email-based assistance.

Additional support and upgrades:

• $3,000 per quarter per *operating-environment based on email support and upgrades with one point of contact.
• $1,500 per day for remote customization, tuning, and installation on additional systems (1-day minimum).
• $2,000 per day PLUS expenses for on-site customization, tuning, and installation on additional systems (3-day minimum).

Terms:

All purchases must be fully pre-paid prior to delivery. All purchases are subject to copyrights, non-disclosure agreements, and trade secret agreements regarding Tracer.

Conditions:

Management Analytics MAKES NO WARRANTY - EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AS TO THE SUITABILITY OF Tracer FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BY PURCHASING Tracer, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO AND INDEMNIFIES AND HOLDS HARMLESS, Management Analytics, AGAINST ALL DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND OTHER DAMAGES, COSTS, AND CONSEQUENCES OF THIS PURCHASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IN ALL FORMS, IN ALL COURTS, AND FOR ALL TYPES OF CLAIMS.
