How does the program work to give advice on these issues?

Influence has a set of internal analytical rules based on psychological experiments done all over
the world over many years. These rules are applied to the situation identified by the user for each
persona to provide specific advice relative to the situation at hand. For example,

 - If someone is highly positioned, very interested in the issue at hand, has a personal dislike for
you, and is very opposed to the effort, the most effective strategy may be to shunt them away from
   your efforts by:
   - Limiting the amount of information they get about the effort
   - Distracting them by getting someone else to interest them in other projects
   - Reducing their personal dislike by finding common ground and settling old issues
   - Having someone else that they like present the issues to them and keep your name out of it

In addition, there may be some side effects of different strategies. If your charisma is greater than
theirs, you might try to charm them into liking you. If they are far more powerful than you, there is
a risk that they could terminate your employment. These risks are also presented to help you think
about which of the advice options might be best suited to your needs based on your judgment.

This is the sort of advice and information that Influence provides.
