Short reports are used to give the advice provided by Influence in the least possible space.
They generally include items like this:

 - Position: Use reason, friendliness, and persuasion to keep support, note support.

For the person experienced in influence tactics and who has used this program a lot,
this is relatively obvious and immediately helpful. It means that because of the
relative positional power of the persona in the situation, interactions using rational
points in a friendly manner and being appreciative in a pleasant way for their ongoing
support will help to keep them in your corner and solidify their support relative to
the effort at hand.

The report might also note other similar things like a list of risks:

 - Risks: defunding, rules/procedures

Again, to the experienced user, this means that the persona has the potential to act so
as to cause the effort to lose its funding or to put in rules and procedures that are
so onerous that the project will have a hard time succeeding.

These reports are more helpful because they are less wordy. But not everyone wants this
and, of course it is sometimes nice to have the detailed logic behind the decision. For
this we have the detailed reports...
