Options:
Option 1: Only commodity goods and services that are easily replaced and cost efficient are outsourced.
Option 2: Non-commodity outsourced work and content is tightly controlled by the enterprise.
Option 3: Non-commodity work or content is outsourced and not tightly controlled.
Basis:
Outsourcing is a matter of enterprise executive management decisions.
